Sencrop allows ALL farmers to make the best decisions at the right time, improving yields with greater agri-environmental impact, and ultimately improving their daily lives.

With new long range, wide area networks and accessible connected sensors, data flows straight from farmer’s fields to the Sencrop mobile platform on a continuous basis. To support our growth, in early 2019 Sencrop raised $10 million during a round of A-series financing with prestigious European and North American investors such as Bpifrance and TheYieldLab, following a first round of financing of €1.4 million from two leading investment funds - Demeter and Breega Capital - as well as several digital business angels.
With a European team composed of six nationalities and counting, we represent a group of people who share the same desire to get involved, bringing skills, ideas, and enthusiasm to the table to invent new services for the precision ag world.
Your mission:
• Lead the marketing team with the goal of accelerating customer acquisition
• Define and implement the acquisition strategy per channel: manage SEA, SEO, displays, offline and online budgets, etc.
• Define and implement the digital marketing strategy with the aim of improving brand and product visibility on the European market while working in a lead-gen dynamic in line with the company's strategy.
• Define and implement the social media strategy, social selling, and content marketing
• Test and optimize acquisition marketing tactics (such as online advertising, direct mail, sponsorship, packaged offers), optimization of conversion rates and upselling
• Ensure that the website is up-to-date to ensure excellent visibility with a BtoB and BtoFarmer target
• Put in place levers according to the company's SEM strategy
• Analyze performance through regular reporting on all web operations (acquisition funnel analytics, traffic performance, campaigns, form, content and social marketing, conversions ...)
• Deploy and support lead generation campaigns for the the sales teams / Propose new creative projects to increase the lead base
• Continuously improve the pipe supply and the acquisition process with the sales team. Analyze CACs. Set up and track key metrics.
• Manage customers and prospects databases (data governance) and optimize CRM use
• Put in place recommendations to improve the effectiveness of actions and communicate constantly with the teams concerned (technical, marketing, commercial ...).
• App analytics (software-side): MAU / DAU measurements, retention rates, conversion, churn, engagement ... of the application used daily by our customers

Your assets:
• Operational expertise in the different fields of digital marketing
• A strong sense of analytics, comfortable with numbers, and true ability to structure, analyze, prioritize

Skills and qualities required:
Higher education, you have at least one experience in a similar position, ideally in an international context. You have strong skills in digital marketing as well as in CRM data optimization and lead generation. Beyond your relational and editorial skills, your rigor, creativity and your abilities are serious assets for this position. You speak English fluently.
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with digital dominance
• Sense of initiative, strong relational qualities, autonomy, understanding of customer relationships and a customer-centric attitude
• Ready to get involved in a fast-growing company and be a part of a dynamic team

• Contract: CDI - Full Time
